By far, my favorite. Recorded off of radio, but the quality is still amazing... other than some bass fallout. If you like jack, GET THIS SHOW.

Subject: 1st time hearing Jack Johnson...

A friend just recommended Jack Johnson to me yesterday so I came here & downloaded this show. Great sound quality - radio show recording, besides the occasional station promo...

I am impressed. Very smooth tunes. Sort of Sade meets Dave Mathews. Jack has a sleepy, windy voice that relaxes your funk. I am downloading more right now.

Subject: Poor sound quality

I'm not downing JJ's performance, but the quality of the recording definately is not the best. Just notice the source before downloading: radio broadcast to cassette.

Subject: Download this!

If youre new to JJ or a long time fan get this show! It will not disappoint. Qualities not perfect but the best ive heard of JJ live. Taj Mahal cover has turned into one of my favorites.

Subject: Excellent

The show has excellent sound quality (from FM radio brodcast) and a great selection of tunes. The covers from G Love and Taj Mahal (sp?) are both welcome additions to the set list. This show has a great mellow, reggae feel to it and really hits the spot for great background music. I enjoy listening to this show much more than the one time I've seen him live in '03 in Noblesville, IN.

I was at this show, and if the recording is half as good as the show, then you guys will love this recording. I've seen him about 10 times and everytime he gets better. If you haven't seen him, go, else, listen to live recordings. He is amazing.

Subject: Some Improvisation??????

If you've never heard Jack Johnson before or have only listened to a few songs then this show is for you. The sound quality is great and it's a good representation of what Jack sounds like. The only downside is that Jack rarely improvises when he does his songs live.... he does great covers but other than that you could just sit at home and listen to his CD.

I think this is one of the best Jack shows that I've heard. The quality is good and he plays alot of good songs. The taj mahal cover is especially nice. Go download this right now.

My roomate suggested this artist to me. Jack johnson is a great acoustic guitarist, but more on the DMB side. Kind of repetive, but a lot better than some crap out there today.

Subject: JJ plays Taj Mahal!

I just wanted to let y'all know that the first track of the encore listed as Farther On Down the Road (You Will Accompany Me), is an original by Taj Mahal. Probably one of my favorite songs ever. Only someone as cool as Jack would pull this one out!
